Developmental Editing

A writing coach is like a personal trainer for a writer.  I can help at any stage of your project: brainstorming, plotting, helping you organize your time and set attainable goals through the stages of development to improve productivity and efficiency. I provide creative and emotional support. 

Substantive  Editing

I can help you elevate your manuscript by assessing structure, coherence, readability, flow, diction, and syntax as well as some suggestions to rewrite or restructure. 

This is a manuscript evaluation to give feedback on all aspects of your manuscript's structure, cohesiveness, and literary elements. It includes actionable editorial recommendations to address areas of concern.

Copy Editing

​This entails a thorough line-by-line edit to correct your grammar, punctuation, and spelling.  I will also point out inconsistencies or other minor issues.
